Description

Lead the functional delivery of SAP HCM and Success Factors solutions, overseeing technical integration and team execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement SAP HCM and Success Factors solutions for enterprise clients.
• Manage SAP Cloud Integration and Standard API integrations for ERP and mail services.
• Oversee team development of HCM ABAP components and portal technologies.
• Apply functional knowledge of Kronos Dimensions and Workforce Ready Suites.
• Ensure alignment with general accounting processes and enterprise application standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of HCM ABAP experience in a professional SAP environment.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP HCM and Success Factors.
• Proficiency in SAP Cloud Integration and API development.
• Knowledge of Kronos Dimensions Suite and Workforce Ready Suite.
• Understanding of SAP Portal technology and enterprise-level ERP applications.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• General understanding of accounting processes.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of total professional experience in SAP functional or technical roles.
• Experience leading consultant teams on complex SAP implementations.
