Description

You will design, develop, and deploy training and performance support materials to support the Learning/Training Lead.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training materials and engaging performance support resources.
  • Collaborate with the Learning/Training Lead to identify specific training needs.
  • Conduct training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of deployed programs.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to manage the team and contribute to key technical decisions.
  • Provide solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across multiple functional teams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in training and performance support development.
  • Master proficiency in Learning Content Development.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP HR.
  • Experience working with SAP Products.
  • Expertise in Training Evaluation.
  • Degree in any discipline (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Training Evaluation Strategy and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Advanced proficiency in Training Visual Design.
