You will design, develop, and deploy training and performance support materials to support the Learning/Training Lead.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials and engaging performance support resources.
- Collaborate with the Learning/Training Lead to identify specific training needs.
- Conduct training evaluations to measure the effectiveness of deployed programs.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to manage the team and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for your immediate team and across multiple functional teams.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in training and performance support development.
- Master proficiency in Learning Content Development.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR.
- Experience working with SAP Products.
- Expertise in Training Evaluation.
- Degree in any discipline (Any Graduate).
Preferred Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Training Evaluation Strategy and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Advanced proficiency in Training Visual Design.
