You will lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of business processes enabled by SAP GRC and S/4 HANA security solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead design workshops to gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for security and compliance.
Design, configure, and implement SAP GRC components including Access Risk Analysis, Access Risk Management, Business Role Management, and Emergency Access Management.
Drive Segregation of Duties (SOD) remediation efforts by collaborating with Compliance, internal audit, and business process teams.
Manage 5 to 10 on-site and offshore resources to ensure project success criteria are met.
Required Skills
8+ years of transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
Proven experience designing, configuring, and implementing GRC 12 for Access Governance and Process Controls.
Hands-on experience building roles for S/4 HANA and GRC Fiori applications.
Expertise in configuring complex workflows in GRC using BRF+ flat rules and the MSMP tool.
Experience with at least three full life cycle implementations as an S/4 HANA GRC and Security lead across multiple modules (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse).
Knowledge of integrating SAP GRC with S/4 HANA and SAP/non-SAP Identity Management solutions.
Experience with SSO integration of GRC solutions with Okta, LDAP, and other providers.
Ability to assess IAM controls, policies, and procedures for Authentication, Authorization, SSO, and MFA.
