You will lead and mentor a team of SAP GRC consultants, managing AMS support for ECC and S/4HANA environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage AMS operations, including incident resolution, enhancements, and strict SLA adherence.
• Design and implement automation for GRC processes such as access reviews, risk analysis, and audit reporting.
• Oversee integrations of GRC with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Identity Management, and third-party tools.
• Support ECC to S/4HANA upgrades and migrations while maintaining GRC controls.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP GRC experience, including 2–3 years in a lead role.
• Expertise in SAP GRC modules: Access Control (AC), Process Control (PC), Risk Management (RM), and Audit Management (AM).
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC security architecture, SoD, and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency in S/4HANA security concepts, including Fiori apps and CDS views.
• Experience with automation frameworks such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for AMS delivery.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Experience integrating GRC with Identity Management systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager and Azure AD.
