Lead a team of specialists to manage and optimize SAP GRC operations. Design, implement, and optimize SAP GRC solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of GRC specialists to ensure effective operations.
• Monitor and evaluate GRC controls to identify areas for process improvement.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and security standards.
• Coordinate GRC audits by liaising with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain GRC documentation, reporting, and end-user training programs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in GRC environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP GRC.
• Experience managing teams of GRC specialists.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Ability to design and optimize SAP GRC solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.
