Description

You will design, configure, and implement SAP GTS processes, covering the full lifecycle from order creation to final payment while ensuring compliance and customs documentation readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze upgrade impacts on GTS processes and interfaces, remediating deprecated functionalities to align with S/4HANA simplifications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions, including detailed specifications for reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Define and execute cutover activities, prepare test cases for foreign trade processes, and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues, identify root causes, and provide ongoing user training and guidance on SAP GTS functionality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP GTS implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in S/4HANA and SAP GTS integration.
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications for workflows, forms, and interfaces.
• Ability to analyze business processes and align SAP solutions with strategic business goals.
• Experience in defining cutover strategies and managing go-live readiness.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and issue resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with foreign trade processes and compliance check configurations.
