Description

You implement, configure, and support SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) across full lifecycle roll-outs and maintenance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle implementations, roll-outs, and support for SAP GTS (versions 10.0 to 11.0, or S/4HANA GTS Edition).
• Configure Compliance Management, including Sanctioned Party List (SPL) screening, embargo checks, and license determination.
• Set up Customs and Risk Management processes, covering customs declarations, legal regulations, and trade preference management such as Free Trade Agreements.
• Map and integrate GTS with SAP SD, MM, and TM modules, and manage data services with third-party content providers like DHL and Thomson Reuters.
• Resolve day-to-day support tickets and manage change requests.

Required Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in SAP GTS.
• Hands-on configuration experience with S/4HANA and SAP GTS.
• Strong understanding of GTS functionality across Compliance, Customs, and Preferences.
• Proficiency with SAP Fiori.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs filing, and Bonded Warehouse/FTZ processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and client-facing skills.
