Description

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP GTS modules, including Compliance Management, while configuring settings and integrating with SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries for SAP GTS.
• Configure and maintain SAP GTS settings to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze functional needs.
• Support integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA and third-party systems.
• Document solutions, processes, and user guides for compliance management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in SAP GTS support and implementation.
• Strong understanding of global trade compliance and customs regulations.
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to project management and change control processes.
