Description

You will manage and maintain SAP HANA environments and database instances in Minneapolis, MN.

Responsibilities

• Perform HANA installations, upgrades, patching, and system copies for SAP instances and databases.
• Execute backup and restore activities and configure database parameters.
• Tune DBMS performance and modify system-level configurations to optimize data access.
• Manage HANA 1.0/2.0 troubleshooting at the OS layer and monitor system efficiency.
• Develop standards and procedures for the HANA environment using HLM and Studio.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HANA database administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Proficiency in Ansible scripting.
• Experience with AWS or cloud technology offerings.
• Proven ability to handle installation and configuration of at least one SAP landscape.
• Strong knowledge of HANA updates and system-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with DBMS performance measurement and diagnosis.

Preferred Skills

• HANA certification.
• AWS Solutions Architect or System Operations certification.
