Description

Manage and optimize SAP HANA database environments across scale-up and scale-out scenarios.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute SAP HANA database installations, upgrades, planning, and implementations.
• Manage database lifecycle operations including restore, recovery, refresh, and archiving.
• Perform monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting of SAP HANA systems, including P1 and P2 issues.
• Configure and maintain SAP HANA DB Cockpit, HA setups, and replication.
• Optimize performance through SQL statement analysis using Planviz and managing DB hints.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP HANA Administration experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of SAP HANA Database architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA Cloud (BTP-Cloud Foundry).
• Expertise in table management, partitioning, replication, and data compression.
• Proficiency in data provisioning, SDA, and SDI implementation.
• Experience with SSL certificate implementation and renewal.
• Strong analytical thinking and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and own technical topics.

Preferred Skills

• SAP HANA Certification.
• SAP Basis experience.
• Experience with SAP HANA DB Security.
