Description

You will manage and optimize SAP HANA database environments, covering the full lifecycle from installation to performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Perform HANA installations, upgrades, planning, setup, and implementation.
• Manage system administration using HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio.
• Execute database tuning, performance optimization, and troubleshooting using EWA, SAP HANA notes, and TPO.
• Handle backup, recovery, replication setup, and failover/failback procedures.
• Configure alerts and checks to detect potential bottlenecks and system problems.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of SAP Basis experience.
• At least 4 years of SAP HANA Database Administration experience.
• 6+ years of total SAP experience.
• Proficiency in HANA Cockpit and HANA Studio.
• Experience with SAP HANA security and calculation view import/export.
• Hands-on experience with data provisioning and administration.
• Shell scripting skills.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems.

Preferred Skills

• Manage table partitioning, data compression, and memory load/unload operations.
