Description

Lead functional design and global governance for SAP S/4HANA implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business workshops using SAP standard implementation methodologies to drive project delivery.
• Lead a global team of 10 to 20 full-time employees and consultants.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leads to drive solution design, deployment, and overall governance.
• Plan and execute S/4HANA technical upgrades, patches, and continuous system improvements.
• Manage the SAP landscape to ensure technical performance, reliability, and adherence to industry standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP functional leadership.
• Expertise in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
• Proven experience with global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and expense reporting systems.
• Experience implementing SAP in Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of implementing backups, disaster recovery planning, and testing.
• Proficiency with Ariba and Concur.
• Experience managing large, complex projects with multi-system integration and process flows.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Upgrade and Conversion.
• AWS or Azure Certification.
