You will lead SAP HANA system implementation, migration, and upgrade projects, ensuring high availability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture and recommend solutions to optimize SAP HANA performance.
• Monitor and maintain SAP HANA systems, ensuring high availability and stability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide resolutions for critical incidents.
• Manage database security, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop and enforce best practices for SAP HANA administration and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP HANA system administration, development, and support.
• Expertise in SAP HANA database architecture, modeling, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HANA installation, upgrades, and migrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and S/4HANA.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

• SAP HANA certification(s).
• Experience leading large-scale SAP HANA projects.
