Description

You will design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs and enhancements within an SAP S/4HANA environment to support HR business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom ABAP solutions specifically for SAP HCM modules.
• Translate HR functional requirements into technical specifications through collaboration with functional consultants.
• Enhance and customize SAP HCM functionalities including PA, OM, Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY).
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing ABAP programs.
• Execute ATC checks to ensure code quality and adherence to performance standards.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in ABAP development with a focus on SAP HCM modules.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and conversions (RICEFW).
• Strong technical knowledge of SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, TM, and PY.
• Experience with ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and modern ABAP syntax.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA environments and HCM integration.
• Ability to perform ATC (ABAP Test Cockpit) checks and maintain code quality standards.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical specifications, test scripts, and user guides.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with US-based clients.
