Description

Lead SAP and SuccessFactors application management support delivery for public sector clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and direct team efforts to complete project tasks independently.
• Coach junior staff and oversee their professional development.
• Develop and review deliverable content to ensure accuracy, quality, and client alignment.
• Anticipate client needs and formulate technical solutions to complex issues.
• Contribute to the development of project proposals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of consulting or industry experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with Application Management Support (AMS) for SAP solutions.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and manage project deliverables.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to travel between 25-50% on average.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
