Description

Manage end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and oversee core HR module configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
• Lead projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure business processes are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project requirements with functional needs.
• Solve technical and functional issues within the SAP HCM landscape.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing SAP HCM implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules: Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• PMP certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based SAP HCM solutions.
• SAP certifications.
