Description

You will lead functional design, configuration, and support for SAP HCM modules, focusing on Benefits, Payroll, and Personnel Administration within SAP ECC 6.0.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business processes for SAP HCM projects as a functional or technical lead.
• Deliver services via SAP HCM for projects of various sizes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Design and debug SAP-related interfaces and integrate with ITSM practices.
• Present solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders, bridging technical and business needs.
• Manage support and enhancement projects, including testing and deployment using Service Now and Microsoft ADO.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of expertise in delivering SAP HCM services for complex projects.
• 5+ years of functional experience in SAP ECC 6.0 HCM, specifically in Benefits, Payroll, and Personnel Administration.
• Experience coding and configuring SAP HCM modules.
• Proficiency in ITIL/ITSM practices, including Service Now (Idea, Project, Demand modules).
• Ability to design business processes for HCM implementation.
• Experience working in a Business Analyst capacity with stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ADO Testing Module.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems.
