Description

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, roll-outs, upgrades, and migrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage data migration execution including cleansing, extraction, staging, transformation, loading, and validation.
• Develop and execute enterprise testing plans, including functional testing and defect resolution with stakeholders.
• Lead mock loads and data validation cycles using mapping sheets and transformation logic.
• Review existing programs and develop ABAP programs to support data transformation requirements.
• Test downstream payroll and time processes, including BIB replication from SuccessFactors to SAP HCM.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP HCM functional consulting and ABAP experience.
• Expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time, and Payroll modules.
• Proficiency in ECC 6.0 and ABAP programming.
• Experience with SAP HCM to SuccessFactors migration and replication.
• In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration.
• Proven experience with BIB integration and testing BIB replication.
• Strong background in data management, including transformation logic and picklist values.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting functional testing alongside Quality Assurance teams.
