Description

Lead HR transformation initiatives by defining strategic roadmaps and future-state architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess current "AS IS" HR processes to identify functional shortcomings and challenges.
• Develop comprehensive transformation roadmaps including MVP and North Star objectives.
• Design scalable, compliant future HR architectures that integrate with global strategic trends.
• Partner with global HR leaders to identify appropriate System Integrators for transformation projects.
• Define phased business and technology requirements to achieve long-term organizational goals.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in HR transformation and HCM strategy.
• Expertise in SAP S/4 HCM.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proven track record of drafting strategic HR transformation roadmaps.
• Experience defining business and technology requirements for large-scale digital shifts.
• Ability to analyze complex HR processes and identify organizational synergies.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with HR Digitalization Architects to shape multiyear digital transformation plans.
