Key Skills: SAP HR, SAP HANA, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, IDOC, SAP S4 HANA, S4H, S4HANA, FIORI, IDoc

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP HR Time Management processes, including absence, attendance, and time evaluation scenarios.
• Maintain and troubleshoot SAP HR infotypes and employee time data used in operational processing.
• Support CATS integration with Finance and Project Systems, including posting and data flow validation.
• Handle IDoc processing, issue analysis, and resolution for HR/HCM integrations.
• Support SAP Fiori applications and assist with testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.

Skills Required:

• 5-10 years of relevant SAP HR/HCM experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP HR/HCM Time Management, Absence Management, Work Schedules, and Time Evaluation.
• Solid understanding of SAP HR infotypes, CATS, and integration with FI/PS processes.
• Ability to analyze time-related issues, validate data flows, and support business-critical HR operations.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, IDoc processing, and basic/theoretical knowledge of SAP CPI.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to SAP HCM implementation/support projects.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Blueworks.
• Understanding of SAP HCM integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Education: Any Graduation or Any Post Graduation
