You will support the selection, implementation, and configuration of HCM software systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure modules for core HR, payroll, time and attendance, talent management, and employee experience management.
• Execute testing protocols based on previous project experience.
• Develop training materials and lead client sessions on system utilization.
• Support HR analytics and data-driven decision-making processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM environments.
• Hands-on experience with HCM testing projects.
• Proficiency in HCM software configuration and implementation.
• Knowledge of core HR and payroll systems.
• Experience with time and attendance management.
• Competency in talent management and employee experience management modules.
• Ability to perform HR analytics.
