Description

You will manage US payroll processes and provide consulting services for SAP HCM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage US payroll processes using SAP HCM to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze client business processes to identify and implement technical solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules.
• Manage master data integrity within the SAP environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM with US Payroll.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO.
• Experience with ABAP.
• Knowledge of IDoc.
• Experience with SAP HANA and SAP Netweaver.
• Familiarity with SAP BW, SAP MM, and SAP Sales & Distribution.
• Strong analytical skills.
