Description
You will lead SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations to support HR business processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of SuccessFactors HCM implementation, from requirements gathering and gap analysis to functional design and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to define business processes and software development requirements.
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and application support activities.
- Facilitate workshops and technical demos to present solutions to stakeholders.
- Drive systems integration and software development workflows.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in IT or Operations, specifically within SAP HCM, HR IT, or PeopleSoft HCM.
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR business user, HR IT administrator, or in a similar HR-centric role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors modules.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, and functional design.
- Strong knowledge of HR business process design and development.
- Hands-on experience with UAT, systems integration, and software development.
- Ability to document and present technical solutions through client-facing presentations and demos.
- Willingness to travel for onshore requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related graduate field.
