Description

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support projects in Hyderabad. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops to define client business processes.
• Execute blueprinting, configuration, and testing for complete process cycles.
• Develop functional specifications in collaboration with technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder coordination and client interfacing throughout execution phases.
• Conduct user training workshops and maintain process documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience on the SAP HCM platform.
• Proven track record of 2-3 end-to-end implementations and 1-2 support projects.
• Deep expertise in Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
• Strong knowledge of Time Management and Payroll India.
• Hands-on experience with ESS and MSS.
• Ability to customize Personnel Calculation Rules and Schemas for Payroll and Time Management.
• Experience with integration across various SAP modules.
• Ability to lead a team and handle day-to-day functional issues.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to PSU processes.
