Description

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations for Organization Management, Personnel Administration, and US Payroll.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery for OM, PA, and US Payroll modules.
• Facilitate client workshops in-person and online to gather requirements.
• Assess functional impacts across integrated SAP modules, including HR ABAP and custom objects.
• Manage integration requirements and configure custom objects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Deep knowledge of Organization Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
• Expertise in US Payroll configuration and implementation.
• Experience with HR ABAP and system integrations.
• Proven track record of 4-5 end-to-end implementations.
• SAP HCM certification and CIP certification.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to assess impacts on reporting and custom objects.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing facilitation.
