Description

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, owning functional delivery for complex projects from design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle implementations for Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and US Payroll.
• Configure and maintain OM and PA structures to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage US Payroll processes, including functional design and testing.
• Drive technical delivery for complex SAP HCM projects.
• Ensure successful deployment and functional stability across 4-5 end-to-end implementations.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total professional experience.
• 8-10 years of specific SAP HCM experience.
• Proven track record of 4-5 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP OM (Organization Management).
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP PA (Personnel Administration).
• Expertise in US Payroll configuration and processes.
• SAP HCM certification.
• Graduate degree in any field.
