Description

You will implement and manage HCM product modules and solution designs, leading technical workstreams from requirements to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Unit4 HCM modules including HR, Payroll, Talent, People Planning & Analytics, Compensation, and Absence.
• Lead workshops to design solutions and translate business requirements into documented Solution Designs.
• Configure system security using RBAC and industry best practices.
• Execute technical implementations for reporting, workflows, AG16 scripts, and API integrations.
• Perform QA on configured test systems to verify implementation against design specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in HCM implementations.
• Minimum of 2 full cycle HCM implementations completed.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM or Oracle HCM.
• Experience with HR systems and business process re-engineering.
• Proficiency in business analysis and solution design documentation.
• Ability to lead workshops and presentations for diverse seniority levels.
• Technical expertise in AG16 scripts and API integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Higher Education or Operations environments.
• Experience providing end user training in large corporate environments.
