Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and support projects as a subject matter expert.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and solution designs.
• Configure PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, Pensions, and HR-FI integration.
• Design and manage payroll catalogues, wage type definitions, third-party remittances, and off-cycle processing.
• Guide ABAP consultants on implementing business logic and technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in SAP HCM.
• At least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations.
• Deep expertise in PA, OM, Time Management (positive and negative), and Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll and Time schemas and rules.
• Experience with payroll for at least one country in Qatar, Saudi, or Dubai.
• Proficiency in ESS-MSS, interfaces, and Fiori apps.
• Knowledge of business rules, workflows for leave, and Fiori tiles.
• Experience with XML and data models.

Preferred Skills

• Integration of HCM on S/4 HANA with Workday, SuccessFactors, or other third-party systems.
