Description

You will manage SAP HR and Payroll functions through application support and system configuration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve AMS tickets and defects within defined SLAs using ITSM tools.
• Design, configure, and test SAP HCM modules and workflows.
• Manage transportation of changes to the production environment.
• Perform defect analysis and resolution for HR and Payroll processes.
• Provide rotational on-call support during after-hours and weekends.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Expertise in SAP HR and Payroll modules.
• Hands-on experience with Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Proficiency in Personnel Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), Compensation Management (PA-CM), and Benefits (PA-BN).
• Experience with Personnel Management Recruitment (PA-RC) and Personnel Development.
• Strong understanding of Application Management Services (AMS) and incident management.
• Proficiency using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• ABAP debugging knowledge for functional troubleshooting.
