Description

You will lead the configuration, support, and optimization of core SAP HCM modules, ensuring data integrity and system reliability across global operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM), managing employee lifecycle events and organizational hierarchies.
• Analyze and resolve complex interface issues using IDoc monitoring (WE02/WE05, BD87) and application logs (SLG1) to maintain seamless vendor and middleware integrations.
• Design and enhance SAP Fiori ESS/MSS solutions, collaborating with technical teams to align front-end experiences with core HCM backend processes.
• Drive production support and operational excellence by troubleshooting system errors (ST22, SM37, SU53) and optimizing batch jobs and payroll runs.
• Translate global HR stakeholder requirements into detailed functional specifications and process flows, facilitating workshops and bridging business vision with system execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP HCM Functional / Business Analyst experience with deep expertise in PA and OM structures.
• Strong working knowledge of Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits, including schema/rules understanding and cross-module dependencies.
• Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting SuccessFactors integrations, including IDoc processing and hybrid architecture.
• Hands-on configuration skills using transactions like PA30, PA40, PPOME, PO13, SM30, and SPRO.
• Proficiency in data management tools including LSMW, SE16/SE16N, and SM37 for issue resolution and data integrity.
• Ability to interpret ABAP code, user exits, and enhancements for debugging and root cause analysis.
• Experience building ad-hoc reports and queries for validation, compliance, and business insights.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with middleware and integration frameworks in hybrid landscapes.
