Description

You will own changes within SAP HCM Time and Payroll schemas, including analysis, design, and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze change requests for existing Time and Payroll schemas.
• Design and implement enhancements in payroll schemas, PCRs, and rules.
• Create and modify wage types, time evaluation rules, and work schedules.
• Assess the impact of changes on payroll results and time calculations.
• Support controlled transport of changes across system landscapes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant.
• At least 5 years of functional experience with SAP Time and Payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Time Management and Payroll schemas.
• Expertise in payroll schemas, PCRs, and time evaluation.
• Experience implementing schema changes in existing SAP landscapes.
• Deep configuration experience in SAP HCM PA, OM, Time, and Payroll modules.
• Experience with SAP ECC 6.0.
• Understanding of payroll statutory rules (country-specific).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
