Description
You will lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and HCM solutions to meet organizational HR requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure and tailor SAP modules including Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Learning Management.
- Support Employee Central Service Centre, Workforce Planning, Compensation Management, and Benefits modules.
- Integrate HCM solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and non-SAP applications.
- Resolve complex technical issues and guide business process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure systems align with organizational needs.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in SAP HCM functional consulting.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP ECC.
- Deep knowledge of Employee Central and Payroll modules.
- Experience managing Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management workflows.
- Ability to integrate SAP systems with third-party non-SAP applications.
- Any Graduate degree.
