Description

You will lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors and HCM solutions to meet organizational HR requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and tailor SAP modules including Employee Central, Payroll, Time, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Learning Management.
• Integrate HCM solutions with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and non-SAP applications.
• Support Employee Central Service Centre, Workforce Planning, Compensation Management, and Benefits modules.
• Resolve complex technical issues and guide business process improvements.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure systems align with organizational needs.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP HCM functional consulting.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP ECC.
• Deep knowledge of Employee Central and Payroll modules.
• Experience managing Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management workflows.
• Ability to integrate SAP systems with third-party non-SAP applications.
