Description

You will function as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Payroll schemas, rules, and reports within SAP HCM.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.
• Support integration points between SAP and third-party payroll systems.
• Ensure all payroll processing adheres to US payroll regulations and standards.

Required Skills

• Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP HCM with US Payroll.
• Expertise in developing Reports, ALV, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms Enhancements (User Exit, BADI, Implicit/Explicit Enhancement).
• Proficiency in building and managing interfaces (IDOC, BAPI, RFC).
• Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• General expertise as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant with Payroll experience.
