Description

Lead SAP HCM functional workstreams and manage end-to-end service delivery for complex implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP HCM functional workstreams and serve as technical or functional lead for implementation projects.
• Design and debug SAP-related interfaces to ensure seamless system integration.
• Develop business processes aligned with SAP HCM implementation and optimization strategies.
• Perform SAP HCM coding and configuration to support business requirements.
• Manage support and enhancement projects using ITIL/ITSM methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of expertise delivering services via SAP HCM for complex projects.
• 5+ years of SAP HCM functional experience specifically within SAP ECC 6.0.
• 5+ years of experience designing and debugging SAP-related interfaces.
• 5+ years of experience in designing business processes for HCM implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity.
• Hands-on experience completing at least one SAP HCM implementation as a lead.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM coding, configuration, and ITIL/ITSM practices.
• Experience using ServiceNow (ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand modules), Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.

• Strong presentation and communication skills for engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders.
