Description

You will lead complex SAP HCM projects and manage end-to-end service delivery for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and deliver services across a cross-section of complex projects.
  • Manage project financials, including the development of financial plans.
  • Lead aspects of the proposal development process, including pre-sales and RFP initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams and staff.
  • Participate in business and vendor relationship development and staff recruitment activities.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of consulting or industry experience configuring, implementing, or supporting SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience leading at least one full implementation of SAP HCM.
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP HCM.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's degree.
