Description

Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementations in S/4HANA environments, focusing on Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Greenfield and Brownfield SAP HCM module implementations for large manufacturing and PSU clients.
• Configure payroll schemas, functions, and wage types, ensuring strict adherence to Indian payroll regulations and statutory compliances.
• Manage Time Management (positive and negative) configurations and implement SAP Fiori applications for PA, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Oversee data migration for employee master, time, and payroll data, and conduct workshops, blueprinting, and administrator training.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and lead client-facing activities for complex domestic organizations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of implementation experience in SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong expertise in SAP Payroll configuration, including schemas, functions, and wage types.
• Proven track record of managing payroll projects in large, complex organizations, specifically manufacturing or PSU sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian payroll regulations, statutory compliances, and payroll processing.
• Hands-on experience implementing SAP Fiori applications for Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Experience with data migration for employee master, time, and payroll data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading realization activities and conducting administrator trainings.
• Strong team leadership and presentation skills.
