Description

Own SAP HCM master data management and integration as the subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP MDM processes within the HCM landscape.
• Execute data synchronization tasks to ensure integration integrity.
• Support master data management requirements for HCM modules.
• Travel at least two weeks per month to support site needs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with SAP MDM (Data Sync) in an HCM environment.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP HCM.
• Proven expertise in SAP Master Data Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
