Description
You will provide functional support for SAP HCM Germany Payroll modules and manage system customizing to meet specific tax and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain schemas and PCR for region-wise payroll processing.
- Resolve complex payroll issues involving SAP rules, functions, and application functionality.
- Manage interfaces including TA GFO, EY program extraction, and EMEA Swift-EY interfaces.
- Troubleshoot benefits handling, historical retroactivity, positive time management, and SuccessFactors integration.
- Execute year-end activities, including tax reconciliation, social security, and pension fund contributions.
Required Skills
- 10-12+ years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
- Extensive experience in SAP ECC configuration and administration.
- Deep knowledge of pay structures, off-cycle payroll, and accounting postings.
- Expertise in HR-FI integration and finance integration across HRPY modules.
- Hands-on experience with German tax submissions and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in managing incentives, bonuses, pensions, and garnishments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex payroll and interface issues.
- Ability to support end-users and handle client-specific customizations.
