Description

Provide functional support for SAP HCM Germany Payroll modules and manage system customizing to meet specific tax and regulatory requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain schemas and PCR for region-wise payroll processing.
• Resolve complex payroll issues involving SAP rules, functions, and application functionality.
• Manage interfaces including TA GFO, EY program extraction, and EMEA Swift-EY interfaces.
• Troubleshoot benefits handling, historical retroactivity, positive time management, and SuccessFactors integration.
• Execute year-end activities, including tax reconciliation, social security, and pension fund contributions.

Required Skills

• 10-12+ years of experience with SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
• Extensive experience in SAP ECC configuration and administration.
• Deep knowledge of pay structures, off-cycle payroll, and accounting postings.
• Expertise in HR-FI integration and finance integration across HRPY modules.
• Hands-on experience with German tax submissions and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in managing incentives, bonuses, pensions, and garnishments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex payroll and interface issues.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to support end-users and handle client-specific customizations.
