Description

You will own the functional design and implementation of SAP HCM US Payroll, PA, and Time Management solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write functional specifications for SAP HR US Payroll, SAP PA, and Time Management modules.
• Identify and implement system improvements based on SAP best practices to continuously improve the solution.
• Plan and coordinate thorough test scenarios and cycles with the testing team to maintain solution quality.
• Identify and create tools to automate manual activities for business users.
• Integrate changes into the system according to the client's implementation timeline.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP US Payroll.
• Direct experience with SAP HCM Payroll, Compensation Management, and Time Management.
• Proven experience interfacing with third-party systems and integrating these interfaces with SAP.
• Experience in SAP HCM PA and OM modules.
• Familiarity with SAP HR ABAP, PCR, and Schema for Time Management processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications for business users.
• Experience coordinating functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in development projects.
