Description

You will function as a functional consultant specializing in SAP HCM Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Implement, upgrade, and improve SAP ERP HR and Payroll processes.
• Configure and customize SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing, handling off-cycle runs, BSI Tax Factory, tax compliance, posting, and reporting.
• Integrate and configure SuccessFactors (SF) modules, including Employee Central Payroll and Compensation.
• Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver solutions while collaborating with HR, Finance, and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Expert proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration and processing.
• Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors integration.
• Knowledge of SF Employee Central Payroll and SF Compensation.
• Experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM).
• Ability to manage tax compliance and payroll posting.
• Must be available to work within the Houston Time zone.
