Description

You will implement, configure, and support SAP HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors modules for North American clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and upgrade SAP ERP HR and Payroll processes.
• Configure SAP HR modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
• Manage payroll processing, off-cycle runs, BSI Tax Factory, and tax compliance reporting.
• Integrate and configure SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Compensation modules.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with HR and Finance teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Expert proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration and processing.
• Demonstrated experience with SuccessFactors integration.
• Knowledge of SF Employee Central Payroll and SF Compensation.
• Experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM).
• Ability to manage tax compliance and payroll posting.
• Must be available to work within the Houston Time zone.

Preferred Skills

• BSI Tax Factory expertise.
• Experience with complex payroll off-cycle runs.
