Description

You will lead technical teams through SAP HCM Payroll implementations and business transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Blueprint workshops to gather requirements and finalize to-be designs.
• Deliver configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, and integration test scripts.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables while mentoring the project team.
• Communicate with onsite coordinators and customer representatives for regular status reporting.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of SAP HCM experience, including at least 2 end-to-end payroll implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Wage type, Schema, and PCR configuration.
• Practical knowledge of PA/PM and time integration with payroll.
• Experience configuring tax requirements for US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, or NZ.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM configuration and functional specifications.
• Ability to develop unit test scripts and integration test scripts.
• BE, BTech, or MCA degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of integration best practices.
