You will ensure quality across SAP HCM applications through rigorous testing and defect management.
Responsibilities
Design and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts for unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
Lead the defect management process by identifying, assigning, monitoring, and communicating through the defect lifecycle.
Analyze business requirements to assess testability, clarity, and potential ambiguity.
Manage QA risk by defining and differentiating between risks, defects, and issues throughout the test plan phase.
Oversee the creation and approval of project test cases, scripts, and all QA-related documentation.
Required Skills
5+ years of software quality assurance experience.
4+ years of experience testing in SAP ERP HCM.
3+ years of experience testing in SAP HCM Payroll.
3+ years of hands-on experience with industry-standard QA tools, preferably HP-ALM.
1+ years of experience testing in SAP Employee Central and SAP HCM ECC environments.
Proficiency with SAP ERP HCM, Oracle, DB2, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Ability to articulate differences between holistic system testing and process-based testing regarding configuration, user exits, integrations, and data migration.
Knowledge of source code, version management, and code deployment standards.
Strong understanding of SDLC and SQA methodologies.
