Description

You will serve as a functional expert focusing on SAP HCM implementations and optimizations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and design functional solutions within the SAP HCM landscape.
• Configure and maintain SAP HCM Payroll and Benefits modules.
• Support and integrate SuccessFactors with existing SAP environments.
• Execute technical requirements within S/4HANA frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM functional analysis.
• Deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM Benefits.
• Working knowledge of S/4HANA.
• Experience managing SuccessFactors integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
