Description

Lead functional analysis and SAP module configuration for mission-critical HR systems, owning the technical direction from inception to conclusion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional requirements specifications, data mappings, and function mappings.
• Configure transaction and control tables for SAP HCM modules.
• Coordinate cross-organizational projects by analyzing business processes and system flows.
• Provide technical guidance and strategic advice for complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Deep knowledge of SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer, and EHS.
• Experience with RICEF, InfoType, and Logical Databases.
• Proficiency in ABAP, HR Process and Forms, and SAP Fiori.
• Experience with SAP PO and S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of HR Security and Fiori Architect Design/LaunchPad Design.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and management tools like VersionOne.
• Experience using IT Service Management systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Ability to obtain Postal clearance.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Specialized Enterprise Architecture qualifications.
