Description

You will manage the implementation and delivery of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects, ensuring strict adherence to defined scopes and statements of work.

You will propose technical solutions using the SuccessFactors Activate Methodology and maintain project scope by managing requirements to prevent unauthorized deviations.

You will contribute to implementation planning, including risk analysis, mitigation plans, and process approaches, while delivering project milestones on time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project milestones in strict adherence to the signed Statement of Work (SOW).
• Propose technical solutions that meet customer requirements using the SuccessFactors Activate Methodology.
• Maintain project scope by managing requirements against the defined SOW to prevent unauthorized deviations.
• Contribute to implementation planning, including risk analysis, mitigation plans, and process approaches.
• Execute project deliverables according to formal SOW documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Activate Methodology.
• Proven ability to execute project deliverables according to formal Statement of Work (SOW) documentation.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, and resource matrices.
• Ability to perform risk analysis and mitigation planning during implementation.
