Description

You will manage technical integration and configuration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute data transfers from SuccessFactors Onboarding to SAP ECC.
• Configure SuccessFactors Integration Center for Onboarding 2.0 and SAP HCM.
• Integrate SuccessFactors APIs with third-party systems using Informatica or SAP PO.
• Manage document transfers from SuccessFactors to document management systems like OnBase.
• Utilize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional IT experience.
• 5+ years of SAP HCM experience.
• 5+ years of SuccessFactors Integration Center experience.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 processes, portlets, and HRIS Elements.
• Deep understanding of Employee Central Mini-Master.
• Experience with SuccessFactors APIs and integration via Informatica or SAP PO.
• Proven experience transferring Onboarding data to SAP ECC.
• ServiceNow experience across ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
