Description

You will manage technical development and configuration tasks for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute development tasks including reports, integrations, interfaces, conversion programs, and database design.
• Configure, code, test, and perform data loads and scripting within the defined scope.
• Document detailed requirements and user stories within Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Coordinate Unit, System Integration, and User Acceptance testing following established quality management playbooks.
• Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and support to application teams for troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• 5+ years of SuccessFactors Integration Center experience related to Onboarding 2.0 or SAP HCM.
• Expertise in SuccessFactors APIs and integration via Informatica or SAP PO.
• Proven experience transferring Onboarding data to SAP ECC.
• Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors Onboarding processes, including Employee Central Mini-Master and Onboarding 2.0 portlets/HRIS elements.
• Experience using integrations to send documents to systems like OnBase.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (ITSM, Idea, Project, and Demand modules) and ITIL/ITSM methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• SuccessFactors or SAP HCM certifications.
• Experience with ABAP development or SAP PO.
